  1. Operational Manager:
    • Job Description/Responsibility:
      • Would administratively manage a team of 50-100 people
      • Would be taking decisions and/or getting job done on:
        • HR items such as a Appraisals, increments, bonuses, recruitment,
        • Financials such as maintenance of day to day financial ledgers, finalization of accounts, financial budgeting, preparation of various report required by the management
        • Client activities such as onsite placements, negotiations on rates/quotes
    • Qualification: A first class degree/diploma
    • Minimum Criteria:
      • Should have 10+ years of experience in a professional organization,
      • Minimum 70% marks in HSC/SSC level and 60% at graduation/post-graduation level
      • Good Leadership Qualities, managing/guiding at least the team of 50+ people
      • Strong analytical ability,
      • Strong verbal and written Communication and presentation skills,
      • Systematic and dedicated work ethics,
      • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet operations,

  2. CAE/CFD Developer (Multiple Positions):
    • Qualification: A first class degree/diploma in Engineering
    • Minimum Criteria:
      • Should have at least 2-4 years of experience in developing professional CFD packages using C/C++
      • Minimum 70% marks in HSC/SSC level and 60% at graduation/post-graduation level
      • Experience in one/more of following fields:
        • Numerical Methods using FVM
        • Electromagnetic physics
        • Plasma physics, plasma chemistry, monte-carlo methods
        • Turbulence Modeling
        • Parallel Programming
        • Parallel Scalable Matrix Iterative/Direct Solvers (AMG/CGS)
        • Parallel Scalable Pre-conditioning
        • Geometry/Meshing including Adaptation/Refinement, Chimera meshing
        • Graphics Environments such as QT/VTK/OpenGL etc
    • Added Skills:
      • Strong verbal and written Communication and presentation skills,

  3. Sales/Support Engineer:
    • Qualification: A first class degree/diploma in Engineering
    • Minimum Criteria:
      • Minimum 70% marks in HSC/SSC level and 60% at graduation/post-graduation level
      • Experience in sales/support (preferably engineering software) OR working knowledge in packages like GT-Suite, RadTherm, ANSA, ICEMCFD, UG etc,
      • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office such as word, excel and powerpoint

      • Experience with Web development
      • Experience with Engine Technologies

  4. Accounts Manager/Receptionist:
    • Qualification: Degree/diploma Holder
    • Minimum Criteria:
      • Minimum 60% marks in HSC/SSC level and 50% at graduation/post-graduation level
      • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office such as word, excel and powerpoint
      • Ability to prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders etc
    • Added Skills:
      • Experience in handling TALLY
      • Ability to handle petty cash and day to day general activities
      • Ability to handle as receptionist handling phone calls
      • Excellent Communication skills

  5. CAE/CFD Engineer:
    • Qualification: A first class degree/diploma in Engineering
    • Minimum Criteria:
      • Minimum 70% marks in HSC/SSC level and 60% at graduation/post-graduation level
      • 2+ years of experience with Mesh generation packages like ANSA and ICEMCFD
      • Experience in one/more of following:
        • 2+ years of experience with CFD packages like Fluent, StarCD, CFX
        • 3+ years of experience in a CAD package (Preferably UG),
        • 2+ years of experience with FEA/Structural packages like Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys specifically in vibration, linear and non-linear analysis. including handling of Automotive components/assemblies
        • Numerical Methods using FVM
    • Added Skills:
      • Experience with CATIA (V5 preferably)
      • Excellent Communication skills
